Nintendo of Europe Goes Game & Watch Crazy

Despite appearing in Club Nintendo PIN# booklets since the 3DS launch back in March, the Game & Watch: Ball reproduction has just now shown up in the European Club Nintendo Stars Catalogue. It’s a faithful recreation of the very first Game & Watch handheld from 1980, and it can be yours for 7500 of your hard-earned Stars. The first Game & Watch Collection for DS has also been reprinted, and you can order one for 5000 Stars. If both of those are a little too pricey for you, there’s also the special Iwata Asks interview with the original Game & Watch staff, which is now available on the NoE website.

Nintendo President Satoru Iwata Asks About Star Fox 64 3D on 3DS

In this latest segment of Iwata Asks, Nintendo’s President sits down with the developers of Star Fox 64 3D to ask them about the game. He even talks with one of the original developers, Dylan Cuthbert, who was only 18 years old at the time when he was working in Japan on the development of the original Star Fox. He chased around Japanese girls and made one of my favorite video games of all time. He’s like a super nerd stud.

After four other interviews, only one man stands between Satoru Iwata and total knowledge of Ocarina of Time’s development: Shigeru Miyamoto.

There’s also a new Iwata Asks interview with Masachika Kawata, Producer of Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D and Revelations.
